Sukhwinder Singh


Sukhwinder Singh is a famous playback singer of the Bollywood. His first stage performance was at the age of 8. After getting his first break, he left for England and then to America to learn the various forms of music. He returned to Mumbai after broadening his musical horizon and kick-start his musical career again.
In 1998, he attained his first grand success with the song Chaiyya Chaiyya for the film Dil Se, composed by A. R. Rahman. At the 1999 Filmfare Award, he won the 'Best Male Playback' for it. Today, Sukhwinder is regarded to be one of the most sensitive and eloquent singer of India.
