| First of all, soak the chhole in water for overnight. Boil them the next day in water and salt. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala and amchur powder to the boiled chana and mix well. Heal oil in a frying pan and add ginger paste and some chopped onions. Now, add the chhole mixed with spices and fry thoroughly. Add water and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from flame and garnish with chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Spicy chhole is ready to be served. |
