| To prepare this dish is quite easy. Heat ghee and add onion, ginger, green chillies, dry fruits and cardamom. After frying them for 3 to 4 minutes, add tomatoes, curd and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and when cool, add half cup of water and blend them into a puree. Then, heat ghee and add the gravy, salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Boil to get thick gravy. Heat the gravy and add paneer, milk and boil for 3 to 4 minutes before serving. Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Serve hot. |
