To make this mouth- watering snack, first boil minced meat and dal together. After that mix it with garam masala, few cardamoms, 2-3 cloves, cinnamon, 4- 5 pepper balls, white portion of two eggs, jeera powder, limejuice, salt and green chillies to taste, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Leave it to cool. Now grind the whole mixture together. Make small equal balls of the mixture and flatten the kebabs slightly. Dip each kabab in a mixture of egg white, salt and red chilli powder. Heat oil and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney. |
