Renuka Wildlife Sanctuary is home to a large number of animals including Asiatic lions, spotted deer, lion tailed macaques, peacocks, barking deer and Himalayan black bears. Some of the bird species like, red jungle fowl, black pheasant, peacock, bulbul, green pigeons, hill crow, scarlet minivet and water birds are also found here. You can also large variety of butterflies that flutter around this region.
Lion Safari and open Nature Parks with freely moving animals like Chittal, Sambhar, etc. are a big attraction of this place. |
