Rasogulla is a classic and a very popular Indian sweet from West Bengal. It is a sweet dessert that is made during special occasions and is basically served cold. They are available in most of the sweet shops. Besides, they can also be made at home.
The ingredients that are required to make rasogulla are milk, flour, vinegar or lemon juice and sugar. Prepare paneer by adding vinegar or lemon juice to boiling milk. Squeeze out the paneer from the excess water. Add 1 tsp. flour to the paneer and kneed them till the mixture gets soft and then make small balls out of them. Make syrup of sugar and water, add the paneer balls and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and let it cool.
