The ingredients that are required to make rasogulla are milk, flour, vinegar or lemon juice and sugar. Prepare paneer by adding vinegar or lemon juice to boiling milk. Squeeze out the paneer from the excess water. Add 1 tsp. flour to the paneer and kneed them till the mixture gets soft and then make small balls out of them. Make syrup of sugar and water, add the paneer balls and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and let it cool. |
