Ramakrishna Paramahasa was a rustic Bengali religious ecstatic and practiced Vaishnava and Shakti bhakti, Vedanta, Tantra, and other spiritual disciplines. He was born on February 18, 1836. Toward the end of his lifetime, he became a guru to Bengalis along with his disciple Swami Vivekananda. He was considered as an incarnation of God by his disciples.
