|To make ragda, soak white peas in water for about six hours. Boil them with haldi till done. Add salt, mash a little. Next, heat 1 tbsp. of oil; lightly fry jeera, kadhi patta, chili powder and garam masala powder and then mix the boiled white peas in this mixture.
To make the pattice, first of all, boil the potatoes and mash them, add corn flour, finely cut green chilies and salt to it and mix them well. To make the pattice, make small balls of the potato mix and then apply slight pressure to flatten it evenly. Then heat the Tava, put a little oil on it and fry pattice on both sides. Just before serving, take pattice and pour ragda on it. Serve hot with Tamarind Chutney and sliced onions.
