|Potato curd masala is a simple dish that can be made everyday at home. For it you will need boiled potatoes, curd, onion, ginger and garlic paste, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, mustard seeds, asafoetida, salt, bay leaves and mustard oil.
|Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, dashed chillies, asafoetida, and mustard seeds. Now, add onions and sauté for a while. Add salt, garlic, ginger paste and the rest of spices and cook till the mixture becomes brown. Pour tomato puree and stir till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add potatoes and curd and cook for about ten minutes on medium flame. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
