The ingredients required to prepare this dish are 1 cup grated paneer, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp fine bread crumbs, 4 green chilies finely chopped, 1/2 tsp ginger crushed, 1/2 tsp garlic crushed, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 bread slice, salt to taste and oil for deep frying.
To make these delicious kababs, at first wet the bread slice and squeeze out extra water. Crush coarsely. Now mix grated paneer, corn flour, green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Gently knead into dough. Make small balls and roll in the crumbs to coat the balls and deep fry them on medium flame till they turn golden brown. Serve them hot with sauce, green chutney or tamarind chutney. |
