First of all, peel and dice the onions, add salt to it and set aside. Make a smooth batter of groundnut powder, chilli powder, salt, rice flour, chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves. Dump the onions in the batter and mix well. Heat some oil in a pan and then gently slide one spoon full of batter at a time. Fry till they turn into golden brown in colour. Serve hot. |
