Nankhatai is a snack food that is very easy to make. It is best enjoyed by the kids and elders usually relish it with tea. The ingredients that are required to make this snack are flour, powdered sugar and butter.
To make this snack, first beat the butter and sugar together till it become light and creamy white. Gradually, add the flour into the mixture. Mix and kneed well to make dough. Make small and equal balls of the dough and flatten them slightly. Place them on a greased pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for about 10 minutes. Let them cool to the room temperature. Crispy and tasty 'Nankhatai' is ready to serve.
