Raita is a yogurt-based condiment that has a cooling effect, making it the perfect foil for spicy Indian dishes. Mint cucumber raita is basically a summer special raita. It is very quick recipe and is prepared within minutes. It is also good for health.

To prepare mint cucumber raita, the ingredients required are 1cup plain fat-free yogurt, cup diced cucumber, 2 tbsps minced fresh mint leaves, salt to taste, pepper powder.

To make it you are only required to mix together all the ingredients and serve chilled as an accompaniment to any curry. It is very good for stomach and has a soothing taste.
