Meditation is a way to explore inner self. It is an art to train your inner soul. Meditation don not have a defined form it varies from person to person. Mediation is a recognized alternate and complementary medicine therapy which is being practiced in the whole world. Meditation requires a calm atmosphere. It requires focusing on the present. This exercise keeps the mind relaxed. It also requires the breathing control and hence helps the body fresh and health. Meditation relies on the body's ability to switch to an alpha (resting) or theta (relaxing) brain-wave state and along side it switches the breathing rate which in turn helps body to release natural pain killers. This way meditation also helps in releasing pains.
