Kheema is basically the minced form of any meat. Its texture is very different from that of any other non vegetarian dish. It is boneless and easy to eat. Masala Kheema tastes delicious with Chapattis (Indian flatbread) or Parathas (pan fried Indian flatbread). This cuisine also offers a variety of flavors.

The ingredients required are kg lamb mince, 2 tbsps cooking oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 medium-sized onions finely chopped, 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 2 tbsps coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, salt to taste, 2 medium-sized tomatoes finely chopped, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves to garnish.

To make this dish, firstly, heat the oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds followed by the onions. Fry till they turn a pale golden color. Then add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for 2 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. After this add all the spices, coriander, cumin, garam masala and salt to taste. Then add the tomatoes and cook till they are soft. Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot chapattis or parathas.
