The marketing of the agricultural products in India is done depending upon the demand of the products. Regulated markets controlled by the Indian government have been opened which make sure that the products reach the people at an affordable price. Separate marketing boards have been made for different major products of the country like rubber, coffee, tea, tobacco, spices, coconut, oilseeds, vegetable oil, etc.
A constant vigil is kept in the country on the distribution of these agricultural products. At various levels like local, state and national level, there exists a systematic distribution of these goods so that they reach all citizens of the country. |
