 Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, the immensely promising player from the royal house of Pataudi is one of the greatest Indian captains ever. He is famous as Nawab of Pataudi Junior and even Tiger Pataudi, being son of the Nawab of Pataudi Senior captain in 1946. he made his Test debut for India against England in 1961-62. Pataudi scored 2,793 runs in 46 matches till 1974-75. He took over the captaincy in 1962, when the team India toured West Indies for the first time.
