| There are two temples in the complex of Mata Mansa Devi temple. Originally the deity, Mansa along with Devi Saraswati and Lakshmi were worshipped in the form of stone pebbles called as Pindi. But now for giving the goddess an attractive look, form has been given to a marble and the marble bust is also worshipped in modern times. Also, the architecture of the temple is a typical mogul style rather than the “Nagara” style which was prevalent in the Shivaliks. |
