To make this delicious kulfi, the ingredients required are, 2½ cups (500 liter) milk, ¼ cup milk powder, ½ cup condensed milk, ¼ cup sugar and 1 cup mango pulp.
First of all, combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a non-stick pan and mix well. Bring this mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes till thickens. Cool completely. Now add the mango pulp and mix well. Pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze till set. Once set, take out the kulfi from the mould and serve it immediately.
