| Limba Ram is one of the most famous Indian archers. He was born in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. He was selected in a talent scouting trial carried out by the Sports Authority of India. Limba created national record at the Senior National Archery Championship in the very same year. After getting immense acclaim in the national circuit, he earned international reputation, where he bagged a gold medal. In spite of his outstanding efforts, Limba missed out the bronze medal with just a point. This three times coveted Olympian was awarded with the Arjuna Award in the year 1991. |
