| Golgappey is a street snack mostly popular in Northern India. In many places it is also known as pani-puri. It comes with tiny, hollow, pillow-shaped crisps. It is tapped into to make a hole. The hole is then filled with teaspoons of cumin-dusted potato, a crunchy mix of red chick pea and mung bean, and sweet tamarind-date sauce. |
