Fried Prawns

Fried Prawns is one of the most delectable delicacies of South India and West Bengal. Clean the prawns properly and then marinate them with a paste of garlic, ginger, salt, lemon juice and pepper for 3 to 4 hours. Then make a mix of wheat flour and eggs.
After marinating, put the prawns in the mixture of flour and battered eggs. Add breadcrumbs to the mix and coat the prawns with the paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns till they turn slightly reddish in colour. Take them out and garnish with chopped coriander and lime juice. Serve hot with chutney.
