| To make the crispy chicken, first you have to cut the chicken pieces into thin slices. Now, mix 1tsp tomato sauce, half tsp Soya sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, 2 to 3 tsp lemon juice, salt and a bit of ajinamoto in a bowl. Immerse the slices of chicken into the mixture and marinate it for at least one hour. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown.
