To begin with, clean the crab and divide into four pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till they are golden in colour. After that, add garlic, ginger paste, chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry. Then add garam masala powder, chilli powder and fry for a few minutes. Add half cup of water along with the pieces of crabs. Keep stirring until the crab is cooked and the gravy is semi-thick. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with plain rice. |
