| To prepare this dish, chicken is marinated overnight in yoghurt and spice mixture that include garam masala, ginger, lemon, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli, methi and garlic. The chicken is then roasted or baked. For the sauce butter, tomatoes, almonds and various spices, often including cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, pepper, fenugreek and cream are blended together. The roasted chicken is chopped and added to the sauce and cooked again. Finally, garnish with chopped coriander. |
