Cassia is an Indian spice which is famous for its aromatic bark. It comes from a medicinal evergreen plant of Cinnamomum aromaticum. Not only has the bark of this planted but as well as its seeds/buds are used as spice. In India it is used as raw in the form of seeds. This spice has a very bright red color when fresh.
