Bhindi Bhaji (Fried Ladyfinger)

Bhindi Bhaji is a popular and common dish or Northern and Western states of India. It is a unique recipe that is generally enjoyed by all and is easy and fast to make. This dish is generally served during meals, especially with rotis.
To begin with, wash and drain the bhindis. Once they dry, chop them in equal length. To avoid sliminess, squeeze some lemon juice before cooking the bhindis. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces of bhindis for a few minutes. Add some turmeric powder and mix well and cook till the bhindis are tender. Add green chilli paste, scraped coconut, coriander powder to it. Season with salt and add mango powder and chat masala. Fry till dry and lastly garnish with cilantro.
