To prepare this nutritious and healthy drink, the ingredients that are required are 3 cups milk, 2 tbsp. almonds, crushed (Badam), 2 tbsp. pistachios, crushed, 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp. saffron strands, 2 tbsp. hot milk and 2-3 tbsp sugar.
To make this beverage, first of all, soak the saffron strands in the 2 tbsp. of hot milk and keep aside. Place the milk, almonds, and pistachios in a pan and bring to the boil. Add cardamom, saffron milk, sugar and mix well. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Blend the milk well until fluffy and creamy. Serve it cold. It can also be served hot as per choice. |
