Baby Sleeping



Sleeping is an essential activity for your baby. When the baby is born he has his own sleeping pattern. He will sleep or wake up as per his own wish. Sleep is considered to be very important because it is believed that growth hormones work most effectively when the baby is asleep. As the child grows you will find a changed sleep pattern.

If you want to encourage good sleeping habits in your child, then you can encourage day activities due to which your baby will remain awake. Try to follow a consistent bedtime routine so that your baby gets accustomed to it. Babies sleep very quickly if they listen to some song. You can sing a lullaby to your baby so that he gets a peaceful sleep. While your baby is sleeping ensure not to make any noise.
