To start with, peel small round potatoes and immerse them in salty water for at least half an hour. Then, fry the potatoes till they turn golden in colour. Keep them aside and fry cloves, cardamom and cinnamon for a little while and then add onion and ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Now, pour evenly whipped yogurt into it. Finally, add the fried potatoes and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes. Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis. |
