Akund, also known as crown flower, is a slightly scented flower that has a sweet and pleasant smell. The Akund flowers contain medical properties and are either white or lavender in colour. Each flower consists of five pointed petals and an elegant crown rising from the centre that holds the stamens. The plant has light green oval shape leaves and milky stem. |
